I have not been to the dealership before but was pleasantly surprised with the overall sales process. I was introduced to Steve, who promptly made me feel comfortable and made a search for the vehicle which suited me best. The car was brought from a nearby lot so I could look it over and test drive it. I was not rushed and was able to drive the car home to show it to my wife as well. I was treated respectfully and the negotiation involving my trade-in was quite smooth. I appreciated the low pressure sales manner I experienced. Very Pleasant Experience I stopped in to look at new cars and ended up dealing with Aaron Guilbeault. Went for a test drive and I was sold. I have been impressed both times and i believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the sales and finance staff. They are courteous, patient and friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better purchasing experience, imo. The facility is pretty great on it's own, complete with a waterfall and Koi pond (my kid loved it), living room w/ fireplace. And the food in the Cafe is very good (i recommend going for service in the AM and hanging out in the cafe for breakfast). Good segway.... Service dept staff are very polite (which is a rarity at most dealerships I've been to). The crew doing the work are fast and clean. I havent had very many service visits, yet, but the ones i have had were good experiences. I would recommend this dealership. More
