I have been impressed both times and i believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the sales and finance staff. They are courteous, patient and friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better purchasing experience, imo. The facility is pretty great on it's own, complete with a waterfall and Koi pond (my kid loved it), living room w/ fireplace. And the food in the Cafe is very good (i recommend going for service in the AM and hanging out in the cafe for breakfast). Good segway.... Service dept staff are very polite (which is a rarity at most dealerships I've been to). The crew doing the work are fast and clean. I havent had very many service visits, yet, but the ones i have had were good experiences. I would recommend this dealership. More
