Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent pre-owned vehicle purchase at Wolfchase Nissan. I'm so sorry to hear that the detailer did not check the pockets when cleaning and prepping the vehicle to go on the lot for sale. I will certainly pass this information along to the Clean Up Department Supervisor so that he may investigate who cleaned up this particular vehicle and coach them on the proper interior cleaning guidelines. This should never happen and we do apologize for the error.
