Eric, AJ and Michael are AMAZING to work with. They made my experience fun and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the final person, my concierge who was supposed to show me all the buzzers and bells and They made my experience fun and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the final person, my concierge who was supposed to show me all the buzzers and bells and send me off with my new ride, blew me off leaving me to drive two hours home in the dark not even knowing how to work the radio. I had my last car for 10 years so it didn't have all the doodads the new cars have. Driving I75 in the dark in a foreign feeling vehicle was unnerving. But despite that person, it was a great experience and I love my car and I would recommend Elder Ford. More
