We liked the Crosstrek, but in the Cool Gray Khaki which wasn’t available. Maguel and staff went above and beyond to find us one, and they did. In short order, too. The people at Ferguson were friendly and helpful, but never pushy. They really worked hard to make this a pleasant experience for us. More

I ordered a new car because they did not have one in stock or coming in that had the options I wanted. The entire process was easy, fast, and painless. James kept me updated on my car’s progress and even arranged to evaluate my possible trade-in before my new car arrived. I’ve previously referred people to Ferguson and everyone has had a similar experience. More

Long day, long drive, maximum reward At the suggestion of a friend, we checked out Ferguson online. James Wilkerson responded, finding what appeared to almost the right vehicle. He did some additional research and assured me it had what I wanted. We made the trek to Tulsa and are glad we did. James was amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. In fact, everyone we dealt with were great. All in all, the trip was more than worth it... and we are halfway to San Francisco in our new Outback (which is performing wonderfully). Honda lost me I've been a Honda owner for many years now. I decided, after seeing their new design, that I would branch out and see if I could find something else t I've been a Honda owner for many years now. I decided, after seeing their new design, that I would branch out and see if I could find something else that I liked. I looked at most of the other car makers and was just never impressed with what I saw and heard. That was until my S.O. bought a crosstrek and raved about her experience. So, while on a business trip I stopped in to look around, found a car I liked, and thought I'd ask about it. Kyle, my salesman, was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle considering he owns and drives the car I was looking at. (Always a good sign) I have to say I never expected to skip my return flight home in lue of a 9 hour drive in a new car but the more I talked with Kyle and the guys in the service department I just couldn't pass up the opportunity. So by the end of the trip I drove my new WRX home. The only regret I have is that won't be able to service at Ferguson Subaru. Of course then again, if I have to go back I may just make the drive again. More

Most definiely. My Subaru with 75000 miled threw a rod. My experience with both Service and Sales departments turned out to be extremely helpful following my car's problems. Kyle was excellent in sales and My experience with both Service and Sales departments turned out to be extremely helpful following my car's problems. Kyle was excellent in sales and explaining features. Dan was helpful in finance. Great guys along with David Taylor in the service department. More
