Eric Jellison was great and I enjoyed working with him. I would recommend when sending someone to the finance area that you don’t make them wait, especially when coming in from out of town. Also, the writi I would recommend when sending someone to the finance area that you don’t make them wait, especially when coming in from out of town. Also, the writing of all the points on a notepad in regard to the extended warranty seemed time consuming. A print out with what was offered in the warranty would be more consumer friendly. Overall I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Eric and I am happy with my Telluride. More
