The customer service was wonderful in the service department. I was greeted by everyone with friendly faces and willingness to get me assistance as soon as possible.. I purchased a Ram 1500 in 2009 only had David Dodge work on it and at one point my Lifetime power train warranty was dropped because they didn't do the 5 year inspection required. They did work with me and on it and at one point my Lifetime power train warranty was dropped because they didn't do the 5 year inspection required. They did work with me and Chrysler to get it reinstated. In 2023 I brought the truck in for inspection and other work and was told that the frame had a hole in it and needed repaired and they could not do the repair or the inspection. Took it to my local repair shop and they fixed the hole I believe Dodge did with there lift and he inspected the truck. I took it back to David Dodge this year for inspection and again they refused to do the inspection because of the frame, took it back to my local guy and he passed the inspection. I was never informed about the rust that was affecting the frame until they wouldn't do the inspection. Most of the employees are kind and cordial but I feel like they need to let the customers know if they see a problem and not wait until things are to late to address. More

Great service from Mike Bistline my service advisor. Everything was done which I requested (state inspection, oil change,, tires rotation). Didn’t have too long for my car..
