Salesman Erik was great and easy to work with, although I still didn't get a free hoodie out it. LOL. The finance guy, however kept pushing the extended warranty after we had said twice that we weren't inter still didn't get a free hoodie out it. LOL. Eric is very kind and listens well. When I spoke with him before I got to the dealership he told me there were 2 cars in my price range. I looked at and test drove both. He pointed out the features of the vehicle I bought, very knowledgeable.This is the first time I've purchased a car with a car loan. He walked me through the process, introduced me to the finance man, John. Once the paperwork was completed he helped me get stuff out of the car I traded in. Yesterday he showed me how to regulate the heat in my car and how to turn the automatic lights on. I appreciate his willingness to serve.. Thanks, Eric! More
