I have been wanting a 4runner for a long time, I finally decided on a trim and color. I called Toyota and eneded up speaking to Wendal. Kenny, Wendal, and Daniel were awesome! They didn’t pressure me at all and even watched my dog while I test drove a car. Came in with a 2021 and left with a 2024 for $3 more a month. Eric is very kind and listens well. When I spoke with him before I got to the dealership he told me there were 2 cars in my price range. I looked at and test drove both. He walked me through the process, introduced me to the finance man, John. Once the paperwork was completed he helped me get stuff out of the car I traded in.
