I found him to be always positive, good humored, knowledgeble and a fine person. He was never pushy to get a sales before I was ready. I am grateful for his help. I am very happy with my purchase. The many people who helped me were really great. Sorry I don’t remember all names involved, but the manager, the finance person and the service person, and I think the owner was present also , not sure. I got a nice car at a reasonable price (going through the Costco program). the people there were friendly ( the door people almost too much... several converging on you all at once).. but overall pretty good to work with. More

A confident purchase I just purchased my dream truck from Eric Kalik at Gladstone Toyota. From the first call with him I had a feeling that I was dealing with someone who I just purchased my dream truck from Eric Kalik at Gladstone Toyota. From the first call with him I had a feeling that I was dealing with someone who was honest. When I asked about the model he actually said "That is a tough model to find but I will do my best to locate one" instead of the "I'm sure I can get that for you" line of bull that I'd been told at other dealerships. Out of the 5 dealerships I was talking to Eric was the only one to go the extra mile to find me my dream truck at a great distance (500 miles away) and have it shipped locally for pickup. Never did I feel a hint of dishonesty and I could tell that he really wanted to get the right truck for me and not just push me into something for a sale. A rare pleasure when shopping for a new vehicle. :) I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Eric if you want to work with a saleman who succeeds in his job with honesty rather than being pushy to make a sale. More

Easy negotiation, quick service Eric K was super helpful. He responded quickly to my email and we discussed back and forth.
