You are a rare GEM in this industry young fellow! I am skeptical of sales people but i was assured that the process would be open and flawless and it was. I even had a couple of questions after the purchase and even then his dedication and passion to helping his customers is unmeasurable. The staff at Toyota of Gladstone was truly exceptional as well! They sure know how to give you a full great customer experience. A must visit! Overall, I will be returning in the future if I have a need for another vehicle. More
