He is a very seasoned and experienced professional. All aspects of our transactions were handled very well by Eric and the entire team at the dealer. Specifically, he found the right car (ML550 for me) from another dealer and explained the technology and functionis on both cars, the E350 and the ML550. The financial part of the transactions were also handled well. I was offered different options (leasing versus buy) but they listened and accepted my preference with no high pressure sales. I appreciated this because I had recently had a very poor experience with BMW. Eric has also made himself available to help in any way with the car and is very responsive. Overall, this dealer provides great service deserving of the high quality products it sells. More

Eric was extremely helpful in transitioning us from our leased MB 320 Wagon to our new 2008 R320 diesel purchase. We were "new" customers to Eric since our prior salesperson (E500 sedan and E320 Wagon) at leased MB 320 Wagon to our new 2008 R320 diesel purchase. We were "new" customers to Eric since our prior salesperson (E500 sedan and E320 Wagon) at RBM had retired. Eric and I discussed in detail what the potential needs of our family (2 small children) were in 2007 and what they might be in the future pertaining to the accessories and options in our new vehicle. I think we hit a home run with the diesel R320 both in terms of the car and the options. Since we both transitioned to iPhones recently the iPod dock recommended by Eric in 2007 looks better on a daily basis along with the Satellite Radio, rear entertainment system, nav, bluetooth, integrated phone etc. This is primarily my wife's car and she is delighted with it on her business trips. Our children enjoy the MB much better than Dad's Range Rover for trips. The car and Eric are keepers. More
