I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for over 10 years. I have never been in for service or for purchasing a Mercedes that I have not had a great experience. I purchased my car from Eric Koenigsberg and he was so helpful in assisting me on learning all the new technology that is now available on these new cars. I had to go back a couple of times for additional questions. He also called me when Mercedes stop using Tele-Aid and helped me get my car with the new Mbrace system. He is a super nice guy, will really treat you courteously, and will see that you are satisfied with your car. A great salesman. More

Eric Koeningsberg did an excellent job of representing RBM and Mercedes when I purchased my 2008 C Class. He was extremely knowledgable and articulate about the vehicle and options, took the time to loca RBM and Mercedes when I purchased my 2008 C Class. He was extremely knowledgable and articulate about the vehicle and options, took the time to locate and quickly acquire the model I wanted with the options I wanted and did not employ high pressure tactics (such tactics would have caused me to go elsewhere). Additionally, he was courteous, efficent and provided very good post sale support. RBM also provides pompt, professional maintenance service. The dealership has always treated my car and me well. The only issues I have had relate more to Mercedes than to RBM. In my view, Mercedes prices its extended warenties and its maintenance service too high. I love the car and how I am treated by RBM, but the length of new car current warrenty, the lack of a reasonably priced extended warreny and the cost of maintenance is high enough to be of concern in selecting my next vehicle. More

If you are planning to buy a Mercedes in Atlanta RBM is the only choice. If you expect to be treated professionally and fairly, deal with Eric Koenigsberg. Eric Koenigsburg has been my sales representative for over 10 years, helping me with the purchase of 7 or 8 different cars. He has always been a full service person. Each car I purchased was custom ordered, so he had to deal with me during the sale, the custom decision making and then the delivery. He's always been a professional in every way. If he didn't know the answer to any of my questions, he never faked it. He always would tell me that he'll find out and get back to me. He always kept his promise. Finally, after the sale he would always get involved, if I needed him to, and help me with any service related issues. He's become a trusted professional but, more importantly, a good friend. He is a very seasoned and experienced professional. All aspects of our transactions were handled very well by Eric and the entire team at the dealer. Specifically, he found the right car (ML550 for me) from another dealer and explained the technology and functionis on both cars, the E350 and the ML550. The financial part of the transactions were also handled well. I was offered different options (leasing versus buy) but they listened and accepted my preference with no high pressure sales. I appreciated this because I had recently had a very poor experience with BMW. Eric has also made himself available to help in any way with the car and is very responsive. Overall, this dealer provides great service deserving of the high quality products it sells. More
