Overall a good car buying experience Eric was very good to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. For example I asked about tread depth. He pulled up on the internet what good depth should be, got a depth gauge and we measured the depth of each tire. He was accommodating and allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him in the car. The car had not been thoroughly cleaned when we test drove it, and to be honest, it didn't show well. Whomever did the detailing did a great job ... the inside looks and feels practically new! The only part that could have been better was Finance. The wait was too long. Even when I was finally sitting with Finance, the paperwork wasn't quite ready and I had to wait a little bit more. More

For this reason, we decided to make this purchase here. Our BMW client advisor was Karen. She was great and very knowledgeable about all things BMW. I would say one of the things that stood out was the fact that she also took pride in owning a BMW which is such a value add when one is selling a product and in the case a BMW. She took her time to provide us with the kind of service that would make anyone feel at home. Additionally, she worked hard to ensure we got the best deal that could be offered. I'm not the kind of buyer that likes the back end forth of negotiating so I want the best deal to be offered especially since I do my research before entering any dealership. Karen is GREAT. I would also like to give a great thanks to all those that we interacted with to make this process a success. Working with Eric was great we couldn’t close the deal but through no lack of him trying to find me a build allocation that was near impossible given the impact of COVID19. I was referred to him by a fell but through no lack of him trying to find me a build allocation that was near impossible given the impact of COVID19.
