Pleasant Buying Experience I spoke to Eric on the phone about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was able to answer all of my questions honestly and we set an appoint I spoke to Eric on the phone about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was able to answer all of my questions honestly and we set an appointment to meet him and see that car that evening. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered a beverage and then shown the car which had been cleaned, prepped and was ready for inspection and a test drive. The car was exactly as described and we were happy to move forward with the purchase. As Eric is a relatively new salesman, we were assisted by a colleague (Dave) and the entire process was very smooth. We paid the price we wanted and were not pressured and the dealership didn't try to hit us with bogus fees. All-in-all we spent no more than 10 minutes in the F&I office signing papers and paying for the car. We would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to our friends. More

Recpmmendation for Len Familant, Salesperson I never owned a BMW in my life. During my lifespan I owned only VWs and American cars. A few months ago I started to look at three auto makers: Audi, I never owned a BMW in my life. During my lifespan I owned only VWs and American cars. A few months ago I started to look at three auto makers: Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. During my research I have been in contact- in person, telephone, and emails with BMW in Annapolis, Upper Marlboro, and Silver Spring. My final decision was to go with Silver Spring, and what convinced me was the attitude of salesperson Len Familant's knowledge of the merchandise, his professionalism, and most definitely his listening to my questions which provided a much positive feedback. He understood my goal and he delivered me to a very nice deal: a 2016, 528i, Metallic blue imperial color, with 14 miles and a very good prize with several options. Len is a fantastic individual, he made himself available during off duty hours as well to answer multitude questions. Most definitely he went the extra miles! Also it is noteworthy to mention Eric Ovo for his assistance with the computer system in the vehicle, he also gave extra efforts to answer my questions. Thank you Eric. More

Len's responsiveness really made me want to work with him. I compared several dealerships and ended up deciding to drive the 2 hrs to Silver Spring and work with Len. He was awesome at getting me the absolute best pricing and all the options and color I wanted in my 2017 X5! I LOVE my new X5!!! When I got to the dealership, Eric Lovo was awesome at explaining everything about my X5!!! It does so many things! Like a Bat Mobile!!! He even gave me his cell number if I had questions later. There were no surprises and my car was waiting for me when I arrived! It was a smooth and easy process!! I would recommend calling on Len Familiant if you are looking to buy and definitely ask for Eric when going over your car!! More
