If you are going to buy a new vehicle, you'd be hard pressed to do better business than with Starling Buick GMC. I bought a gently used 2024 Enclave. From the first phone call with Teko Thompson to the last goodbye with staff on delivery day, I was made to feel like I was the focus; what I needed or wanted was important for them to fulfill. Never, ever, in my life have I felt like I was on equal footing and being treated like a human being at a dealership. Everyone there was friendly, warm and welcoming, from Eric Luogo to Daniel Murari and especially Teko, I left there feeling like everything was handled superbly and that we had made a good deal. I'm not one to beat around the bush regarding customer service and have registered civil complaints in my time. I have nothing but positive thoughts and high regard for everyone at Starling Buick GMC and recommend them WITHOUT reservation. Give them a try and see for yourself! More
