The staff were all super nice to deal with. I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - bo I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - both of which I discovered on my own. This caused inconvenience and the need to come back a couple times (over an hour away). I would have been happier if the dealer checked for such things before delivering the vehicle - really surprised they did not. More

A few years ago, I decided to move away from the traditional dealership model and stick with direct-to-consumer brands like Tesla and Rivian. That all changed when I connected with Starling GMC. I had my eye on the GMC Sierra EV Denali and was shopping around at multiple dealerships to get the best deal. From the very beginning, Shannon Finfrock, the sales associate I worked with, Steven, the finance manager, and Eric Lugo went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Shannon’s personable, family-oriented approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She kept me informed through every step—both before and after the purchase—ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my decision. Meanwhile, Steven provided complete transparency on the lease agreement, walking me through the pricing and discounts in a way that left me feeling confident and reassured. Even after the sale, the service continued to impress. When I had a poor experience at a local dealership regarding a simple software update, Shannon once again stepped in. She made sure Starling’s service center welcomed me like family, took care of my truck right away, and delivered the kind of support the other dealership simply refused to provide.
