False advertising I live in Green Bay so I had to rely on the vehicle’s description on the dealership’s website. There description said it had navigation, a backup came I live in Green Bay so I had to rely on the vehicle’s description on the dealership’s website. There description said it had navigation, a backup camera, and blind spot warning system. When I took the car for a test drive, Eric said they would get the navigation installed as the screen read, “Navigation not installed.” I did not have to back up the vehicle so I assumed it had a backup camera. Finally, I didn’t even remember to check the blind spot warning system as I was trying to navigate an unfamiliar city during rush hour. I brought the car back and agreed to the numbers they put together for me and signed the purchase agreement. I drove back up to Green Bay to pick up the check from my credit union and drove back down the next day. I was then told there was no navigation (for which they discounted the price of the car $250). Then the question of the blind spot warning system came up and Sam took the car for a drive and confirmed the option was not there. They then wrote me a check for $250 for the error. I signed all the required documents and drove home. Guess what? No backup camera. I texted Jon and he said the only thing they could do for me was take the car back. Don’t bother trying to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. It’s not worth the hassle ESPECIALLY if you don’t live near Brookfield. More
