Victor was amazing! He explained every detail of our brand new 2025 GLE350. The process was very smooth and he even surprised us with a post Christmas Day call that our car had arrived 2 months early! Even the pricing was well explained and I by far wish that every person who needs a new or used car to go over to Mercedes Benz Orange County and ask for Victor. He is the greatest and so sweet! As for other employees, a special thank you to Eric Mafkovsky who assisted in trying to locate other GLEs in the area before us ordering one.
