We told him that if he ever found a 4Runner with 7 seats within a certain price, we would be really interested. He found us a beautiful, certified 4Runner that was exactly what we needed. He worked non-stop to make sure everything was just perfect with it and made the purchase super easy, no stress. He is very knowledgable and extremely nice. Plus, he has tons of patience (including helping me find my lost earbud)! I would buy another Toyota from Sierra Toyota with Eric as the salesman in a heartbeat! More

2020 Toyota Camry TRD ☺️ Love my New 2020 Camry TRD. It’s was a very simply process of Special Ordering the vehicle with Ross, and I was updated regularly of its status and wh Love my New 2020 Camry TRD. It’s was a very simply process of Special Ordering the vehicle with Ross, and I was updated regularly of its status and when it would arrive from Sales. I got a video of it arriving on the truck, and was updated further. Brought in my trade on day of delivery and Scott Allen was more than fair on trade value. Signing papers was a breeze with Brian. And I got a full tank of Premium Gas. Very pleased with the whole process, time spent, everyone involved, and having the only one in town (for now). More

2007 Tacoma just wasn’t getting close to a decent mpg from all my after market upgrades. Knew I needed a new vehicle and decided on a 2019 Camry ( didn’t want to pay for a 2020 when I knew they had (new) from all my after market upgrades. Knew I needed a new vehicle and decided on a 2019 Camry ( didn’t want to pay for a 2020 when I knew they had (new) 2019s and my truck lasted me over 12 years with zero to no problems, even with recalls). Carlos worked with me for all day through email and text for a good price and impressed me with his knowledge of his inventory. Julie was professional and quick with paperwork when I went in to finalize the deal. These kind of employees made it easy and I left happy with my new car. Thank you to both and to Toyota. More

Sales-people that aren't trying to push a sale Eric Morales, was the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was looking at a used Tacoma, but I lived 3 hours away from the dealership. Eric sent me pictu Eric Morales, was the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was looking at a used Tacoma, but I lived 3 hours away from the dealership. Eric sent me pictures and videos of the vehicle and most importantly, didn't push the line: "Come on down and take a look at the vehicle". I found this very considerate, being as I didn't live close enough to go visit the dealership any time I wanted to. I'm not big on buying anything sight-unseen, but surprisingly, Eric provided me with all the information and pictures I wanted and needed on the truck to the point, that I actually felt comfortable buying the truck when I went and looked at it. The day I showed up, I anticipated finding something wrong with the truck that Eric hadn't mentioned or seen; and yet, I didn't. I ended up purchasing the truck and do not regret it. I normally despise dealerships and sales-people, and go into the process ending up having to to be rude back to the sales-people for them to back down on being pushy and forceful with their sale. Eric was very much the opposite of that. Eric recognized the immense challenge of coming from far away to purchase the vehicle and wanted to make sure I didn't waste my time visiting the dealership to look at a vehicle that was not truly what I wanted. More
