My experience at DCH Kay Honda was mostly good. My only complaint, was a long wait to see Armando the Finance guy. I sat around for over an hour to complete my purchase. Eric absolutely blew me away with his service and i can’t speak highly enough of him and how accommodated he made me feel. Do not hesitate to go to dch kay and especially not to see Eric. Amazing experience all around from the friendly greeting in the main lobby by the receptionist to the sales & finance teams. In the past purchasing a new vehicle always came with some high anxiety. This was by far the most stress-free & pleasurable experience buying a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or a service. Eric is very friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. He answered every single question I had (and there were a lot!) or looked it up for me, and he was very accommodating of my busy work schedule, being thoughtful of how he reached me during the day and even staying late on multiple nights to help find the right car for me. David Radice helped me with all the paperwork and was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable in explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions. He was also a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I got to meet Eric and David - overall, my experience at this dealership was stellar particularly because of them. My wife and I went to DCH, and specifically Eric, based off the great reviews we saw and we were not disappointed. This was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Eric was so nice and he off the great reviews we saw and we were not disappointed. This was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.
