I never felt I was getting screwed out of anything and I think they gave me a great deal on my trade in for the condition I brought it in. It was about a 2.5 hour experience, but they let me take the car that night! On the finance end of it, I felt like everything was explained to me thoroughly. Overall, it was a way easier situation than I thought it would be. Great customer service and quality. Love my new car! Definitely recommended for anyone buying a Nissan or Kia. More
