From our first contact with Chad at Luther Kia we were impressed. He was quick to respond to my internet request for information, was very knowledgeable and willing to work around my tight schedule. I have little time to spend checking out cars and had done some research and knew enough about the vehicle I was interested in to identify if I felt that I got a good deal or not. Not during any part of the process of looking or buying did Chad attempt to sell me on more than I was looking for. Even when my husband and I were unsure about our purchase. I, choosing a lesser expensive model of vehicle and my husband choosing a larger more expensive model. Even with this uncertainty Chad did not take this opportunity to sway us to the more expensive model he worked with us to make sure that the features that were most important to us was what we were getting and would be happy with long term. He appeared sincere, knowledgeable and patience with our uncertainties. In the end we bought and got all the features that were the most important for us at a reasonably agreed upon price. Eric the finance guy got us a great rate and I am happily driving my Kia Soul Exclaim today, enjoying every minute I spend in it with no regrets. Thanks you guys, you were great and I would highly recommend you both. More

I came to Luther Nissan Kia for the first vehicle I would be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other s be purchasing/financing on my own. After taking the test drive, taking to the salesperson about the specs, features, details, and anything else I needed to know about the van I had pretty much made my decision. The Dealership worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and everyone that I came in contact with was friendly. More

Great car purchase experience. I bought a car for less than $10k, but they treated me very well - not all salespeople will be this engaged over a relatively small sale. Mikhail answered my direct questions directly, which I appreciated. Once I agreed to buy the car, I had to wait for another employee to set up close (financing, etc). There was a wait of about 90 minutes...that was pretty frustrating, but not something they could really control at that point. In their defense, I came in to buy a car at 700pm. I had never dealt with Luther before -- they made a customer. The price for what I got was a little high -- but you're getting peace of mind. Typically, Luther does what a lot of other larger dealerships do - they dump off crappy trade ins on a 2nd tier dealer, only selling the better used models that have passed inspection. Luther has a 5-day free return as well. In that time, I had a guy inspect the vehicle, and he was impressed. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending Luther to family and friends. More

I have purchased 4 cars at Luther Nissan. They have a great sales team and excellent finace department. The Nissan brand sales itself so you can go anywhere that sales Nissans, however if you want to be great sales team and excellent finace department. The Nissan brand sales itself so you can go anywhere that sales Nissans, however if you want to be treated respectfully and listened to, you should go to Luther Nissan Dealership. The sales team doesn't pressue you and they take the time to find out what you need in a car and try to place you in the best car possible. Luther Nissan must really take care of their employees as they do their customers. The sales person that sold me my first Nissan still works there and the person who did the Paperwork (Eric M.) still works there. There's a lot to be said about an ability to keep excellent staff. I will keep going back to Luther Nissan, everytime I want to purchase a new car. More
