My vehicle needed a lot of engine work, and I couldn’t afford it. I called and immediately asked to speak to a manager. Eric (I worked with him on a purchase 3 years ago) called me back in less than 2 min afford it. I called and immediately asked to speak to a manager. Eric (I worked with him on a purchase 3 years ago) called me back in less than 2 minutes. I headed straight to Andrew Chevrolet, he took care of an appraisal, we narrowed down a few vehicles, and got started on the financing application immediately. Eric has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Very responsive, always available via text. I drove him absolutely nuts asking for updates I’m sure, but he was patient, kind and empathetic. He made himself available via text, even on his days off! I was a difficult customer, but he managed to bring me peace of mind through this whole process. He is a tremendous asset to the Andrew Chevrolet team. Strongly recommend him as your sales person, especially if car buying gives you anxiety. More
