I picked out the car that I wanted on the website. Spoke with someone by phone and text. Had them run credit, get me approved for 0% financing and told them I needed this to be fast. I went in, test drove with someone by phone and text. Had them run credit, get me approved for 0% financing and told them I needed this to be fast. I went in, test drove the car, went in signed, added the 5 yr bumper to bumper and leather seats. My salesman set up my phone and FordPass and I was on my way in an hour and 15 minutes. Best car buying experience ever. Great customer service. I highly recommend them. Kayla, Andrew and Eric are a freat team! More

I enjoyed my experience. I would buy another car here again. I had 2 surprises and 1 was fixed and the other is in the process of being fixed. I first spoke with internet specialist Kayla Friedman and she was nothing short of spectacular. I didn’t have to set up a phone meeting with her, she was quick and informative over email as texts. She answer she was nothing short of spectacular. I didn’t have to set up a phone meeting with her, she was quick and informative over email as texts. She answered all my questions before I walked in the door. When I did go in for a test drive and inspection of the car, she set me up with salesman Eric Sakumoto. Now I didn’t have the pleasure of speaking with any other salesmen because I didn’t need to. Eric was enthusiastic and compassionate from start to finish and really made this one of the only positive experiences of looking at a car in the area. My wife and I met with a bunch of salesmen over the past few weeks and Eric sits on top of them all. So if you have the opportunity to meet with him, I would suggest taking that chance. I didn’t have much interaction with anyone else besides a two minute financial paper signing with Andrew Munson, who was also great and friendly during that brief time. Overall, we had a great experience Because of Kayla, Eric, and Andrew. More
