Colin Lieb was an excellent advisor who managed the entire service with expertise. Joel did an excellent job with multi/point inspection, engine oil and filter replacements. Joel noticed an oil seepage around the valve cover. He cleaned the area and added oil dye to identify seepage and its extent for 1,000 miles. With Colin’s direction and oversight, I am to return to my Hawk Lane shop for oil dye observation/diagnosis and a tune-up. Both advisor and technician were Expert and professional. I grew up around Car Salesmen and have worked for dealerships before. I had been to another Local Ford dealership and was not happy with them. I friend who had previously bought from Hawk suggested t dealerships before. I had been to another Local Ford dealership and was not happy with them. I friend who had previously bought from Hawk suggested that I contact a friend of his who works in service, which I did and was given a salesman Eric Sakumoto to contact. I contacted Eric at the Dealership and later went to see him. I had previously driven the Maverick and Bronco sport models more based on price than desire. At Hawk I found a Full size Bronco, Big Bend in the color I wanted. The whole experience from my trade in (I got 50% more than what the other dealer offered). The finance department was easy to talk to. Everybody wants to have a guy who will treat they fairly and professionally well Eric is my new guy. The follow up through Ford is outstanding, I'm now part of Bronco Nation, So I went there for a truck and got a whole lot more! More
