No credible explanation was provided for the error. Additionally, the offers for additional warranty coverage were overly expensive and overlapped with the Blue Care certified warranty. I was asked to pay for overlapping coverage during the 12/12 Blue certified warranty. It didn’t make sense to pay twice for coverage I was already receiving. To top things off, Bill’s computer locked up and Chris had to complete the process on his workstation. I felt bad for Bill but also was a bit disappointed in the overall experience, hence my score of 4. All this said, everyone has a bad day occasionally, so that’s what I am going to chalk this up to. More
