I didn't appreciate the bait and switch tactic used by Hawk Ford. I made an appointment to see a specific car, upon arrival was told they could not sell it to me. I will never believe the sales manager Hawk Ford. I made an appointment to see a specific car, upon arrival was told they could not sell it to me. I will never believe the sales manager didn't know it was not available for sale. The car is still listed on the website today, go figure. They mentioned a recall but never gave me a time frame to complete the repair. He was the individual who set the appt. Another car more expensive was brought to the front which they concentrated on selling me. I asked about other colors and just told black and white. At no time did the sales person check his inventory on line or offer me a chance to see what they have in the lot. I did purchase the vehicle, I was offered a fair deal but not great. The finance manager just instilled the fear in me on the need for extended warranty. I took the warranty he reworked the monthly premium I have to pay but only shuffled paperwork for me to sign with little info on each I thought a better job explaining the total finance charges I have to pay he could have done. More
