Drove 45 mins to look at a Tacoma to only get there and it was sold .. then proceeded to work a deal with another Tacoma … one offer was given to me .. basically said could not give me more then what was o it was sold .. then proceeded to work a deal with another Tacoma … one offer was given to me .. basically said could not give me more then what was offered to my trade in .. believe Ed Martin offered me $33,000…. Didn’t even feel like sales team wanted my business… so I went to Andy Mohr Toyota and was given about $4000 more for my trade … .. put down $3000 ….now I’m the happy owner of a 2024 Tacoma TRD sport … I’ve tried given my business back to Ed Martin but Ed Martin doesn’t even try … More

Do not take your car there for service! Explained my situation with Eric Sargeant the general manger accused me of lying. I was not explained the total cost of a new tire and oil changed. He told me everyone knows there are additional cost other than just the tire. Also the Toyota emblem was missing on the alloy wheel that they mounted and balanced with a new tire. Two policeman and security officer put the spare on for me and placed the flat tire with alloy rim in my trunk with the Toyota emblem on wheel. Eric would not even offer to look for it. He brought up my car was 10 years old. He was very rude. More

The Dealership itself is very clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The people are what make it. I love that as soon as you walk in and there is a desk and immediately greeted.
