I have been to Ed Martin Toyota several times over the past couple of years for maintenance of my Toyota Camry and shopping / test driving for a new vehicle. Every visit has gone very well, but this time I'm specifically writing about purchasing a new 2023 Toyota Tundra. I worked with Josh Tulledge for sales and Tony Case for financing. Josh was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Tundra. There was also an abundance of honesty throughout the shopping and buying process. The "Toyota" brand carries a lot of integrity, so the sales team just does not need to engage in stereotypical sales tactics often associated with this process. Tony did a great job of explaining what was included with specific warranty options, and I left very happy with the protection services I had signed up for. Everyone I interacted with throughout this process left a very positive impression, so I tagged everyone I remembered below for the review. I would definitely buy from Ed Martin Toyota again and recommend them to any friend or family member. Thank you all for a great and positive experience! More

This was our 4th vehicle we purchased and we rented 2 vehicles. From the salespeople, finance people, service technicians and the staff that runs the rental department, the management has to take great p vehicles. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff that takes care of the hospitality department from the snacks and beverages to the cleanliness of the areas including therestrooms. From the quiet areas, to the tv’s located all around, to the work areas and just comfortable seating areas made the wait go by quickly. More

John was a pleasure do business with and I recommend others that are just looking around to get some ideas of buying new or used vehicles, to ask for John to help them get started. I was amazed how quickly John was able to find an allocation for a new 2023 Hybrid for me which are selling like hotcakes, he was able to deliver it in about a month rather waiting 8 to 10 months at a competitor dealership.
