Please be careful when putting down a 500. 00 deposit to secure a new vehicle. That money is non refundable but that will not be explained to you. Also the credit card authorization form will not tell you that either when you sign to have your credit card charged the 500.00. Avoid this place and especially Eric Sargent at all costs. More

Over the past many years I have the need to purchased new cars and always dreaded the visit to a dealership, because high pressure, lack of follow up and generally putting the customer last: however, I have cars and always dreaded the visit to a dealership, because high pressure, lack of follow up and generally putting the customer last: however, I have been thoroughly impressed with Ed Martin Toyota and their staff. The team I had the pleasure of working with was lead by Stephany Cisneros. She had a great knowledge of Toyota's products and always gave you the feeling she was keeping my best interest at heart. She always kept me informed of what was going on with my order for a new Venza and offered me an option of buying a new RAV4 Hybrid, while I waited for the Venza, which I did. Ms Cisneros is a real plus to Ed Martin Toyota's organization. Ms. Cisneros lead the team of Brandon Selig and Xavier Potter, who also over delivered in the sales process. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car to contact Ed Martin Toyota and look for Stephany Cisneros to help you start the sale process. I'll look forward to working with the same team, when my Venza arrives. More

After visiting about 7 different dealerships in and around the area. Ed Martin Honda was the only one that gave us time, seemed to care, and gave us overall a car. The car took longer to arrive than we expected but for the most part neither were ED Martins fault. The loan guy was great too!!
