We just happened to drive by Ed Martin Toyota after leaving the Ford Lincoln dealership. I liked the look of the RAV4 hybrid and went inside to be able to sit inside one. Talked to Darnell, and he li leaving the Ford Lincoln dealership. I liked the look of the RAV4 hybrid and went inside to be able to sit inside one. Talked to Darnell, and he listened to what I liked and guided me toward the Venza Hybrid. And that was it!! I loved the 2021 Venza Hybrid!! Darnell hunted down the color of interior/exterior I wanted and had the car there a few days later. We worked with Darnell and Alicia. Both have worked with Toyota for years and had enough experience that they could really help us out and answer our questions. That is invaluable!! While working on paperwork, I did not try to dicker over price, but Darnell came back and said he could take off X amount of dollars!! Who does that?? And later working with Alicia, she told me she could give me a discount on one of the packages I wanted. These people are great! I didn’t feel like it was a sport where I had to be on the defensive because they were gonna give me a good deal anyway!! Bravo Ed Martin!! Great move!! I have already told another couple to check out Ed Martin because they liked the looks of my Venza!! But the best deal is that you have knowledgeable people who really care about their customers and try to give them a great deal and get you on the road as soon as possible!! (And we drove over an hour to get there!) More

All my questions were answered. Everyone was very helpful. I found a new 2021 Camry hybrid le. When I called the dealership. I told them I was going to buy a new one. I asked for there best price. If I was driving far I did not want to bagel over pricing in person. I bought my car after they gave me a price of 24200.00. Most dealerships had higher end ones. I just wanted a car to drive. In Fort Wayne evans and fort wayytoyota did not want to deal. I thank you for your time and all my questions were answered. More
