This buying experience was exactly the opposite of what you typically expect when you walk into the dealership. The sales tactics. The holding your keys on trade in hostage. The non negotiations. The copious amount of time you spent in the store etc. None of that happened. We walked in looked at the car gave them our price we were willing to pay Sam our salesman went over to the Manager had an answer for us in 3 minutes and we struck a deal and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and courteous especially towards our rambunctious 2 year old that wanted to touch and climb on everything. They had no issues. They were there to make our experience the best ever and they completed that with flying colors. The only thing that I will add that I wish Ed Martin Toyota would do which has absolutely nothing to do with our buying experience is I wish they would add onto their part of what they owe the customer that Tom Wood does is "Good Service" and what that means is a car wash and car sweeping whenever we are there or bring the car by just for that particular reason. Just a note towards the managers that may be able to sell a couple more people over their competition! More
