We came across Ed Martin Toyota through a friend who also purchased from them. This dealership was the only dealership out of dozens who bothered to even try to find the exact car that we wanted. And they did find the car. We drove to the dealership to finalize the purchase and pick up the car. This process typically takes an absurd amount of time but we quickly found Jacob Balderas and he immediately showed us the car and lined up the paperwork process so that we were on the road and headed home in an unexpectedly short amount of time—easily the quickest, most pleasant, and efficient car-buying experience we have ever had.
