I worked with multiple people, but when we came in to look at the car, test drive, and get some base numbers, it was extremely easy, with no pressure, no sales-ey tactics (like some other dealers), and very to the point, which we appreciated as we were short on time. When we came in to buy, after just a few back and forths over the phone and text ahead of time, we were driving our new Highlander out 40 minutes after arrival. I did visit Ed Martin Toyota at the end of June. My recent experience was totally the opposite of 41 years ago. I cannot say enough good about the experience. The salesman Mohammed and managers Dustin and Eric worked with me through polite negotiations. We ended up having to get a car another dealer had ordered for stock inventory. I took delivery 3 hours after the car came off of the truck and 2 days after it was built. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy new or used. They treated me like family and yes, I did drive home happy. Chris Keller More
