My sales consultant, John Goodpaster, provided outstanding customer service and took very good care of me during the entire process. John called and emailed me with detailed information on the car I found online. John arranged the best possible price on the car and the general sales manager, Eric Sarjeant, sealed the deal with giving me the best prices on accessories and my trade in. When I picked up my car, John Goodpaster spent a lot of time with me explaining the car's features and programing some applications. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ask if I had any questions or needed addition help. I'm an electronically challenged senior and John's above and beyond help was very much appreciated! More

Working with Eric Sarjeant and Jacob Balderas on purchasing my new Tacoma was a real pleasure. Everything was worked out over the phone, as I traveled over 500 miles to work with them. When I arrived in Indiana, they went out of their way to pick me up from the airport and get me in and out of the dealership quickly as I had a long drive ahead.
