Great Experience I was greeted by a team of three warm and welcoming people. Within moments, I was approached by a lovely salesman that offered me coffee. Eric was contacted immediately to escort me to his office area. After a sincere hello, since I was a returning customer, I stated my list of what I wanted/ needed to lease another Mercedes. I knew this would be challenging because the cost of the car had risen, but not my expendible cash flow. He said,, “I will try my best”. Within an hour and forty-five minutes, the car and paperwork were mine!! I was almost in a state of disbelief! The “art of the deal” was seamless and no haggling was involved. Steps away the store manager signed and sealed the sale. Three other dealerships said no way possible. I am one happy Grammy!! Thank you! More
