Eric Scott & Hanna Diep - Personable, Knowledgeable Yesterday I purchased my first Mercedes and now I know why people become lifetime patrons of the brand...when you buy a Mercedes you really do become Yesterday I purchased my first Mercedes and now I know why people become lifetime patrons of the brand...when you buy a Mercedes you really do become a part of a family, which is exactly how I felt at Euro Motorcars. Eric Scott was helpful, patient, experienced, and informative. He explained the entire process to me over the phone before coming in, so I knew what to expect, and when I arrived walked me through all of my purchasing options by going over the pros and cons of leasing v. financing for me, specifically. No boilerplate language or canned speech. After I completed the purchase, Eric introduced me to staff that I'll need to contact in the future regarding maintenance, etc. and even help me set up the car for Nav and Bluetooth. I really can't say enough about Eric and his great customer service and I recommend him to any and all interested purchasers. Hanna Diep was communicative, thorough, and friendly. Based on my past experience of buying luxury cars, I was accustomed to the Finance Manager pushing add-ons and being purely about the numbers, but my experience with Hanna was a complete 180 from that. The moment I stepped into her office I felt like I was visiting an old friend rather than finalizing paperwork; it was because of her great communication skills that I felt comfortable moving forward and had no second thoughts. I knew I was getting the best deal possible and had no reservations of signing off because I found her to be very relatable and trustworthy. In sum, I recommend Euro Motors to anyone interested in buying a Mercedes in the DC area. Trust me, you won't regret it! More

After going through all the requested options, Eric was able to get us amazing pricing despite our custom order. We had allocated an entire afternoon to place the order, but everything took less than an hour. Euromotorcars in Bethesda has a gorgeous showroom and the entire staff is friendly and approachable. After given the opportunity to view the inventory on property, I can attest that Euromotorcars in Bethesda has an incredible collection of vehicles on site, ready for purchase. Since buying my new car 2 weeks ago from Eric and EuroMotor Cars in Bethesda, I've already recommended Eric to half a dozen people. Admittedly, buying a car can be an overwhelming experience. Eric assuaged any concerns by taking the time to work through every question (and trust me I had a million). The very best part about Eric is that it's clear he's passionate about what he does and genuinely cares for his clients. It was evident from the start that Eric had my best interest in mind and wasn't going to let me leave unless I was thrilled with my decision. As a saleswoman myself, I aspire to deliver the same level of customer service that Eric so evidently exemplifies. To top it off, despite it being a very cold and late night, Eric walked me through every feature in the car and helped me understand each switch and toggle before I drove it home.
