The service person I dealt with, Eric, was very friendly and professional. And I didn't have to wait very long for an oil change and tire rotation, roughly one hour as estimated by Eric. The only minor criticism I would make is that the waiting area could be enhanced in appearance and when I drove up to the valet parking, I didn't see anyone at first so I was unsure if I should go in and find someone. But before I did someone came out and took the car. So, no problem.
