After 1st oil change and tires rotation 2026 Crosstrek starts having humming noise between 45 - 60 mph. After second oil change and tires rotation problems persist. Rear differential was replaced. Service representative told me to replace tires and wheel alignment at my expense. Subaru advocacy department created a case and said that I will get a call in 48 hours. This time is over. Still waiting??? More

I needed emergency service on my vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. I was seen right away by Eric and even given a loaner car. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. A completely different problem w afternoon. I was seen right away by Eric and even given a loaner car. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. A completely different problem was revealed during the multipoint inspection. Thank goodness it was covered under my warranty, as it involved taking the engine out of the vehicle! Nonetheless, it took 3 business days to fix what I had come in for AND the newfound problem. What could have been a very stressful time was easy breezy! Thank you to Eric and Sean.
