From when i first stepped into Penn Toyota, i was greeted and treated in a warm professional matter. I got personalized service from the owner himself, Chris Penn, sales manager, Eric Shin and sales assoc, C and treated in a warm professional matter. I got personalized service from the owner himself, Chris Penn, sales manager, Eric Shin and sales assoc, Chris Koli. I can be fairly "picky" and indecisive and all three did their best to help me w choosing the right trim model that best fit my needs. I changed and also added several things to my vehicle, which def added to the process. But, everyone was more than patient and professional, in dealing w me. Eric worked tirelessly in dealing w my multiple calls and issues. Chris Koli was amazing n helped immensely, starting w my test drives, his input and getting me switched over frim my old vehicle and into my new one. Last but not least, Sean Haghigi was was beyond thorough and helpful in the finance and warranty aspect of my purchase. I've been in quite a few diff Dealerships and Chris Penn has First Class Establishment in Penn Totyota. Thanks Guys!!! More

Poor Customer Servive I called yesterday to purchase the 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid. My girlfriend need a car because she totaled hers. Now, this is a cash transaction, the I called yesterday to purchase the 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid. My girlfriend need a car because she totaled hers. Now, this is a cash transaction, the car is only $9,699. After talking to the sales lady yesterday, she was to call me right back for the best price "no response". So, this morning I called and spoke to another sales lady, she took all the info and said, within 30 min she will email me purchase agreement "no response" , now some guy calls. I told him I want to purchase the car. I told him to check on a issue with the car for me. He said I will call you right back and I'm still waiting. I'm the General Manager for Sam's Club in Plattsburg NY. God forbid if i was to treat my customers this way, i would be out of business. I have a daughter that goes to college at NYU in Lower Manhattan so i'm very familiar with NY. I'm in the Carolinas on LOA of a personal family matter. The service of this dealership is terrible and I'm going to make sure everybody knows it. 2pm "STILL WAITING" !!!!!!!!!! I just receive a phone call back. I don't even want the car anymore. I was blown off 3 time, all i want to do was buy the car for my girlfriend. I will ensure to let all my members throughout the Northeast know about the horrible service I received at Penn Toyota ! We conducted the majority of our pre-purchase process online and via telephone where Eric Shin answered all our questions and we got what we felt was a great deal. They prepped everything the day before the 1 January holiday for us to come in the next day and sign the paperwork. We drove up from Virginia to New York to pick up our SUV. The Penn Toyota's sales and financial staff, Joni Glantz and Sean Haghighi were waiting and ready for us to conduct a test drive and sign the remaining paperwork. The whole staff made our purchase a very enjoyable experience. More

I have been leasing cars for 25 years and this was by far the best experienc First time leasing a car from Penn Toyota and it was a great experience. I have been leasing cars for 25 years and this was by far the best experience i have had. I have dealt with 3 different BMW dealerships, Cadillac, Lexus and others and Penn Toyota was better than all. Their transparent and straight forward approach made the process smooth and easy. Extremely friendly dealership--by the end of two visits we knew 4-5 different sales people (they all pitched in), the manager and the finance person. Maybe its the family ownership (third generation), or their pay structure--from what i was told the sales people are paid on customer satisfaction vs commission. Not sure how true but it definitely felt like it. Due to crazy schedule we were not able to pick the car up until 8pm on a thurs night...though they close at 9pm there were 3 sales people, the finance person and the owner still there helping us at 10:15pm. Eric (mgr), Steve, Kevin, and Sean in finance were awesome. Great experience and would highly recommend this dealership....first time I have written a review about anything. More

Very reasonable I was looking for a 4Runner and had been doing around. Penn beat other dealers on price by allot. Eric and the staff were friendly and helpful and a I was looking for a 4Runner and had been doing around. Penn beat other dealers on price by allot.
