While indicated that I had a trunk weather strip issue when I made the appointment I am beyond shocked that the part needed to be ordered and I need to come back to get it resolved. I have also been witho when I made the appointment I am beyond shocked that the part needed to be ordered and I need to come back to get it resolved. I have also been without a cargo mat and seat back protector for over year going back to the original purchase of my vehicle. Flabbergasted that only the cargo mat was installed and being told I needed to review with sales on the original agreement. Last, I was told the seat back protectors would be installed at my home. Still waiting for that call to set that up. Very close to a 1 overall rating. More

I’ve bought 4 Hondas at Matt burne Honda. My new 2025 crv needed a new transmission. The service department was horrible to deal with. After hours of trying to get a loaner I finally went to the sales department to see if I could get one. Luckily the sales department provided me a loaner. It was at least 4 hours trying to get one. I’m trading the car in for something other than a Honda. Very unfortunate especially after the other 3 successful CRVs. I’ve already ordered a competitors car arriving first week of sept I will not buy another Honda. More

Had an appt to repair the car. They had the car all day. Never worked on it. Never communicated with me. I showed up to pick it up at the end of the day and was told 'sorry'. We were 1st in line at opening to drop off my car for its appt. After 6 hours of killing time around Scranton, we hadn't been updated. We returned to see that my car wasn't taken in to be worked on in those appt. After 6 hours of killing time around Scranton, we hadn't been updated. We returned to see that my car wasn't taken in to be worked on in those 6 hours! They said it was next, so we left to waste more time and then after a bit, returned and sat in the waiting room. Finally, at closing my car was done. 8 1/2 hours for an oil change, transmission service, and to adjust the sunroof was outrageous. They were also supposed to do one of the 2 recalls, but they ran out of time. The excuse was the sunroof had to be checked by a certain guy there because it is still under warranty. You're telling me they couldn't at least complete the oil change, transmission service, and recall in the first 6 hours and update us? Communication would have been nice. Worst experience I've ever had at Matt Burne Honda! More
