I’ve bought 4 Hondas at Matt burne Honda. My new 2025 crv needed a new transmission. The service department was horrible to deal with. They don’t answer phones return messages or update through text. The car had 20k miles on it and they would not provide a loaner. After hours of trying to get a loaner I finally went to the sales department to see if I could get one. Luckily the sales department provided me a loaner. It was at least 4 hours trying to get one. I’m trading the car in for something other than a Honda. Very unfortunate especially after the other 3 successful CRVs. I’ve already ordered a competitors car arriving first week of sept I will not buy another Honda. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! !!! I had some problems, everything I could think of pointed to the battery. they did a battery test, said it everything said the battery, and alterna !!! I decided to get a new battery since it was 6 years old, and scheduled to get a new starter. Got in, waited, got out. NO FUSS, NO MUSS. My car is running like new. More
