He not only kept me informed of every next step of the process and how long it would take, he took the time to help me sync my phone to the car’s multimedia technology, explain all the options on the touchscreen and dashboard, and made himself available a few days later when I dropped off/picked up some paperwork, got in the car to answer more questions and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any other questions. Amer Hajou was the kindest and very informative salesperson. Amer and Matt Auger one of the sales manager started the ball rolling. And then Bob Baillargeonthe General Sales manager added the cherry on top by acquiring the car for me from another dealership and a sweet trade in offer. It was like clockwork. And the best part is they are still assisting me with any questions I may have on operating the new car. And when you walk in, they make you feel like a member of their family. So grateful for this car experience. And more grateful for the fairness and kindness shown to me. The car is amazing and it makes me feel like a millionaire driving it without that cost of course!! I've had several dealership experiences and, having had a two decades long support career myself, I can say confidently that Imperial Toyota has it figured out. I walked in and was welcomed within a minute a two decades long support career myself, I can say confidently that Imperial Toyota has it figured out. I walked in and was welcomed within a minute and was sat down with a snack, bottle of water and friendly salesperson (Hany) right away. Hany took the time to get to know me, understand my wants and needs, and tell me about himself as well. My time at the dealership topped over four hours, but it went by in the blink of an eye. The options were clearly explained to me by Hany and later by the (equally friendly and personable) finance manager. I never felt pressured or like I was anything but valued. In fact, I felt valued and that each person in service, sales, management and finance truly wanted to make my experience positive. Even when I returned for my sticker and registration, the staff remembered me, warmly welcomed me back, took the time to hear about my experience with my vehicle this far and offer suggestions and troubleshoot any issues I had. As a service professional and as a customer, Imperial Toyota and Hany have my highest recommendation. Five stars. More
