I currently owned a BMW and thought they outranked Mercedes. Not any more. I love it! Everyone I met was so nice and professional. Eric was very knowledgeable and drove me over to check out all the stock and the color I wanted. When I came to pick the suv up Jesse made the financing painless and got me a better then expected rate. Eric spent a lot of time with me going over all the vehicles features including hooking up my Bluetooth. I would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone I know. Can't sat enough good about it. Now I understand why my brother thinks so highly of Eric and your dealership. More

I deciding to lease a new car, I came to the dealership and person I feel the most comfortable with, Eric Torsch.. I wanted to put together the car I really wanted, not just one off the lot. Eric spent a good two hours with me deciding which options would be best, colors, and pricing .I enjoyed the time spent to get what I really wanted. When we got to the issue of pricing, we were off a bit and I was ready to decide to wait and buy later. After a review with management, they decided that being a good regular customer, the small bit of difference in price should not be the difference in the sale. The car came in from Baltimore, it got cleaned up, then Eric and I spent a good bit of time going over the car and learning how to operate it's many options... Jessie Upchurch and I had an enjoyable experience signing all the documents, and based on a number of his recommendations, I also bought a service package which seems to make sense for my circumstances .I appreciated the no hassle approach, The ease of signing the documents and the overall experience with both of the people I dealt with. More
