I was pleased that the sales staff (Dan Smith) took so much time explaining, demonstrating the different Mercedes models as well as assisting me with the new technology, Command system interface and optio much time explaining, demonstrating the different Mercedes models as well as assisting me with the new technology, Command system interface and options. The staff was focused on finding the right car and options for my specific requirements, Mr. Torsch did a superb job of negotiating & delivering the appropriate car from another Mercedes Dealership. Jesse Upchurch provided guidance with financial matters as well as extended warranty packages. I test drove many of the luxury car brands and found that Mercedes was by far the best vehicle for my particular needs. More

Over the last 30 years I have purchased 7 or 8 cars from Tafel Motors. I have always found the staff to be professional, willing to work with me on price and above all friendly and accomodating. Just today I bought my 4th Mercedes from Eric Torsch and 2nd in 2 weeks!! He is a pleasure to deal with and a true professional. You always know when you buy a Mercedes from Tafel their continuing support follows you as long as you have the car. Just ask me about my 1988 560 SEL !! I may also mention the Service Team is 2 nd to done. No request is too small to gain attention and I never have to return for the same thing. Service has been one of the main reasons I have returned to Tafel over the years. When I first started looking at Tafel Motors, I met Mr. Eric Torsch. After I explained my reason for coming to Tafel Motors and the type of car I was looking for, Mr.Torsch was very patient in explaining Eric Torsch. After I explained my reason for coming to Tafel Motors and the type of car I was looking for, Mr.Torsch was very patient in explaining the features available, as well as the pricing details. My wife has knee problems, and Mr. Torsch made sure she could enter and exit the car(s) with little effort. After purchase, Mr Torsch. set up both our cell-phones to work with the car audio system and offered to come to our home to set up the garage door opener. All Tafel employees have been very courteous when we visit the store, offering coffee, snacks, etc., and all seem knowlegable the "bells and whistles" on Mercedes-Benz autos. My second Mercedes-Benz car was Certified Pre Owned, and after several hundred miles the oil seemed slightly dirty. When I took it in to get it checked, the oil and filter were replaced at no charge. More

After Eric researched the vehicle, which was located in Summerville NJ, and checked on the status of our current E550, together we determined it was in our best interest to acquire the new vehicle. As has been the case for 20+ years, and many, many new vehicles ranging in prices from $40,000 to $325,000, Tafel in General, and Eric in particular were beyond reproach in their handling of our interests. It isn't often (actually never) I will take the time to fill out something such as this review, but these guys are extraordinarily skilled and knowledgeable in their handling of Mercedes Benz purchases, maintenance, and automobile issues. Every dealership owner across America should take the time to visit Tafel and observe their operations from the time you walk through the front door. They simply make you feel important.
