In 15 words? Impossible to say just how toxic this place is from the service manager down the line. Condescending, arrogant, and very poor communication skills .I left in tears and went to another Honda de is from the service manager down the line. I would rather walk the rest of my life then darken their doorstep ever again. I imagine if Honda knew what was going there they would shut them down… it was that bad… to the point I felt unsafe, bullied, and ridiculed. Just shameful! More

Trying to call Honda of Freehold is a hit or miss. I hate calling to make appointments for services because it never goes well. Either the phone rings until the answer machine picks to leave a message hate calling to make appointments for services because it never goes well.
