Waited 3 hours at the dealership for a simple oil change. If I knew the wait would be this long for an oil change I would’ve asked for a shuttle back to my house which is less than 10 miles away OR would’ve If I knew the wait would be this long for an oil change I would’ve asked for a shuttle back to my house which is less than 10 miles away OR would’ve went somewhere else. I wanted to be loyal as I’ve been getting my car serviced here since I bought it but this was an absolute waste of time. Worse off, I did have an appointment as well but I guess that doesn’t matter these days cause we can just attribute all failings to the pandemic. The companies that will survive this pandemic will be the ones who will be best able to adapt to this new landscape and ones that focuses on customer service and not just throw their hands up in the air and say, “oh well, coronavirus.” I understand there’s a labor shortage, but how long are we going to say that’s an acceptable excuse? 3 hours. 3 HOURS for an oil change. Oh by the way, all I get is free coffee and the television in the waiting room stuck on the news channel. More
