Easy to make an appointment. Relatively short wait while my car was serviced. Clean waiting room. The only issue I had was I was told my car passed all the inspection points but when I got home there were my car was serviced. Clean waiting room. I brought my car in for service and after returning home from service found the front headlight cracked and front grill ruined. It was obvious something spilled all over the front of the car during service from service found the front headlight cracked and front grill ruined. It was obvious something spilled all over the front of the car during service and damaged the car. I took pictures and bright the car back immediately but nothing was done. Instead I have to wait till Monday for the service manager to review all the evidence even though it was very obvious this was done by the service dept. I will also note none of this damage was noted when car was checked in so again obvious the damage was done by service depot. More
