Emergency repair was done in a timely manner. Not sure what happened I have to say this is my second visit to this dealership in the past 5 months and thank God my Volvo doesn't need service very often. I have bought two cars from these guys in the past then moved away from Volvo's but came back with the acquisition of another one for my wife and these guys are just bad. There is no compassion or understanding, I dropped the car off to a building that was physically open but not a sole around. I mean the door was unlocked and I called around no one was there it was spooky, the next day I got a call from Eric and was told oh no the car is supposed to drive this way. Then after $60 to balance four tires i was told the brand new cooper tires are bad.?!? I am 50 years old and have purchased expensive and cheap tires was never told they were bad. Anyway I am going to my tire store and CT own Volvo from now on. Heck any other Volvo shop will work the car is certified pre-owned so I have a lot of covered service to go just not with these guys. I just don't believe or trust them with a car my wife and kids ride in. More
