Unscheduled repair I had an ignition issue with my Volvo and had to have it towed to the dealership after they had closed for the day. The next day I spoke with Eric and I had an ignition issue with my Volvo and had to have it towed to the dealership after they had closed for the day. The next day I spoke with Eric and he was able to get my car into the shop and get it fixed. Very pleased, as I thought since I did not have an appointment it might take awhile. Completely satisfied - Would recommend to our friends! We recently purchased a second hand Volvo from Secor and it had a problem with the battery. It was still under warranty and Eric Weiss and Nick Rose We recently purchased a second hand Volvo from Secor and it had a problem with the battery. It was still under warranty and Eric Weiss and Nick Rose took a personal interest in making sure that my car was quickly repaired and I was on my way. I love this car, it is exactly what we were looking for, and I am very happy with how Secor handled my repair. Diane Gebhard was our sales person and she worked diligently with Arnold Eininger to find us just the right car. Stephen Plona graciously helped me set up the new Sirius radio system. Bob Doyle was supportive when the car needed to be repaired. The owners Charlie and Julia are very friendly. More

The problem with the car was a serious one after it was analyzed by their mechanic Randy and led to an engine replacement. This was a big job, well done by Randy, and the car is running great again.
