My pre-purchase experience was nothing short of excellent. From the people who greeted us at the entrance to the sales person, Mike H., who treated us like royalty but at the same time was sincere, excellent. The showroom is unique because it's not obnoxiously loud, which allowed us to talk normally instead of shouting. Our sales person, Mike H, was stellar! He knew every single detail about the car we were interested in and allowed us as much time as we wanted to look over the car before our test-drive. We were so excited about the car after driving it that we asked if there was an enhanced version and were pleased when he allowed us to drive and inspect and just sit in that model car to get the feel of it. The truly astonishing thing that we both commented on was the fact that of all the so called, 'Best and most popular' cars available, when we test drove the entry level and even the upper range levels we were disappointed in that entire group. Even if you have never driven a Mazda before, you owe it to yourself to have the experience that we did. Our entire experience at Werner Mazda was nothing short of spectacular! More

The only concern I had was I went there on a Sunday (10/8) to purchase out vehicles. Your Facebook ad says drive away same day, but your financing and service dept are closed on Sunday. Ad is not true on Sunday which was the best day for us to complete the deal, especially having started a new job and not having accumulated and time off. David Lee was wonderful in explaining everything, even when I had to return a second time. Pairing my phone and my hearing aids (with my compiler for my cellphone so I can hear when not in the car) is confusing the car I believe. More
