I brought my 2013 E class in for an oil change and decided to go take a look at the 2014 model. Out come a man asking me if he can help I told him I wanted to see what they had in stock and id like to decided to go take a look at the 2014 model. Looking hungry and in a rush Eric didn't even bother giving me a price I told him I'm from Los Angeles and Mercedes are sold like Hondas there so get good deals but I was willing to pay more for the car if I liked it enough this idiot had no sales skills did not want to help after 3 minutes of him looking through his rates for the month of October he keeps repeating it's going to be a lot more. Didn't bother showing me the car and was acting rushed but there were no customers. Then the jimmy johns delivery girl came in snd his face lit up when he seen food I then nicely got up and said thanks anyways. Mercedes Benz of novi is horrible I own 4 brand new Mercedes all with in 2 years old and now that I live in Michigan I will NEVER come back to mb of novi I will stick to Bloomfield hills where they actually know how to treat customers. This guy is a pig I have never made to feel so un wanted in a place than this idiot made me feel if this is any indication of what the rest of your team over at novi is like you guys need to fire everyone then! More

My purchasing experience was terrific. I honestly did not plan to buy when I did, but Eric was very friendly, helpful and informative....placed no judgement biases and got the job done. The car I bought was in good condition, and was appropriately priced....although Eric did his job by making the deal even sweeter. He was not the overbearing salesman at all. He was even pleasant when I requested my car be detailed a little better than it was when I got it. Overall, I was pleased. More

My personal experience with Eric Wheeler has been phenominal. This was my third purchase of a vehicle from Eric and I must say that with each purchase his sales service has fallen nothing short of g phenominal. Eric's knowledge of any vehicle that I have shown any interest in has been incredible, he definitely knows his Mercedes. He has great charisma and has always shown true interest in caring about my satisfaction with the vehicles I have purchased along with the customer service I have recieved.
