Oil change and minor repair on 9/5/19 I brought my 2011 Subaru Legacy for an oil change and to repair the trunk lid switch today. I had my car inspected and spoke to a salesman about potentially trading in my car for a new one. I strongly feel they are honest and they are respectful of the customer. No sleazy, hard selling salespeople here! Very accommodating and pleasant, I always recommend this dealership to friends. More

Recall and more My Impreza was part of the brake light recall and needed to come in to the shop. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and included a loaner My Impreza was part of the brake light recall and needed to come in to the shop. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and included a loaner car which was super helpful. I worked with Eric Wilson who helped me add a few more things to the list including inspection and buffing of some scratches. He was very thorough with everything, went above and beyond. For example, he printed me an updated copy of my insurance card to replace the one I had which was expired (whoops!). He also took the time to show me the buffing work, he was worried I would be disappointed because some of the scratches were too deep. I wasn't disappointed at all and felt it looked 10 times better. He was also super chill about my failure to add some gas to loaner (my bad, sorry about that!!). Grateful for another awesome experience with the Glanzmann service department. More
