Go Elsewhere!! Received the car and it was not cleaned, inside or out, left with a stain on the rear seat, chips in the paint (that were supposed to be taken care of Received the car and it was not cleaned, inside or out, left with a stain on the rear seat, chips in the paint (that were supposed to be taken care of before delivery) and not being inspected (it is now a RI car). I have not even owned the car for a week...I called 4 times in 5 days to address these issues to be told "The salesman is not answering, please leave a message and either him or a manager will return your call". That never happened! Had to call again to explain to the receptionist that there are several issues that I needed taken care of and no one has called me back to address them. This guy "John" who was absolutely rude and condescending and continued to speak to me as if I was lying about these issues finally called back to basically tell me that he needed to be sure these issues existed and were discussed. I explained the salesman wrote them down. His response is "I will have to see it". I explained that these issues were supposed to be taken care of before delivery. When I addressed him on his poor tone and attitude, he continued with his demeanor and knew he was aggravating an already heated discussion. These were not very serious items to take care of. Since they never addressed the inspection sticker that the car would need and now insist that it is my problem, and along with the paint chips and the disgusting way they delivered the vehicle. I am certainly glad I did not spend the money on a new vehicle with them as well, especially since I am in the market for one. John - you made this review the way it is! More
